Peak Well Systems launches new Customer Portal 8 Apr 2015

Peak Well Systems, a leading specialist in the design and manufacture of advanced downhole tools for well intervention, has announced the launch of the Peak Customer Portal – Peak’s proprietary online personal dashboard of sales order and product information developed exclusively for its Customers.

The Customer Portal offers transparency on sales order status whilst providing the Customer with instant access to related product information and documentation – its responsive design provides users with the flexibility to access their information anywhere, at any time, on any device.

The Customer Portal also provides Customers with the ability to submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) enabling them to request a quotation for their chosen Peak products; view and add recommended redress kits; amend quantities and add/remove items with ease. The Portal is intuitive, allowing Customers to view other recommended Peak products based on commonly ordered combinations.

As with all Peak technologies, the Customer Portal is designed to be simple incorporating an easy-to-use interface with integrated tour on first use. Unique user logins with two-factor authentication ensures security of Customer information.

Registration for the Portal is only available to existing Peak Customers who are already registered on the Peak Well Systems database as well as their colleagues.
